Terms of Service

  • Payments through Ko-Fi or PayPal but only with invoice.

  • Payments are 100% in advance.

  • For big commissions, the payment can be split in half, or if it's between several people, each person can pay their share.

  • Work will begin once payment has been received.

  • I retain the rights of the ilustration to use it for my social media, portafolio and promotions.

  • All commission prices listed are for Personal Use only.

  • You will have to pay a fee to obtain the commercial rights.

  • My art isn't for feeding generative AI and don't edit my art without permission either so avoid it.

  • Delivery times are between one week to 60 days. (This depends on where you are on the waiting list or if it's a big commission)

  • No refunds are allowed once I start working on the commission.

  • -During the doodle you can ask for all the changes that you want, but please be reasonable (Changes to the entire pose are not allowed)

  • I may create streaming content with your commission on Discord or Twitch, if you wish for it not to show or for me not to share it please just let me know before you pay the commission.

Art process

  • Doodle: The overall basis of everything: poses, characters, and general composition of the drawing

  • Lines: Once the general guidelines have been approved, the drawing is detailed, including the pose, expressions, clothing, and even background if requested.

  • Base colors: (This phase is not usually recurrent, but if you wish, you can ask me to give you this preview) Here i'll add details such as tattoos, clothing designs and any other external details to the character such as tears or blood

  • Final result: Once this stage is reached, no changes will be allowed and the drawing will be submitted.

Commercial Rights

If you intend to use the artwork for any commercial, promotional, or revenue-generating purpose, a Commercial Use License must be purchased. Commercial licensing fees are calculated as follows:

+40% — Small creators and independent businesses, including VTubers, Twitch streamers, YouTubers, and similar content creators.
+150% — Merchandise, branding, logos, mascots, game assets, promotional material, or other monetized content.
+200–500% — Large companies, corporations, or high-revenue commercial projects. Final pricing will be determined based on the scope and intended use of the artwork.
